Windpark Zeewolde

Community-owned operator of Windpark Zeewolde, a 322MW onshore wind farm in Flevoland province, Netherlands — described as Europe's largest onshore wind farm. The cooperative is fully owned by more than 200 local farmers, residents and entrepreneurs. In July 2026 it partnered with Elestor on a phased 20MW/200-800MWh hydrogen-iron flow battery deployment, and announced it will rebrand as Energiehub Zeewolde as it evolves into an integrated energy hub combining generation, storage and flexible consumption.
